ColoradoNoCall.com collects information so that it may inform subscribing telemarketers of your No-Call preferences. We also collect information if you want to report a violation of the No-Call program. Finally, we collect information from telemarketers who are required to subscribe to the No-Call Program.

ColoradoNoCall.com's information practices, detailed below, may change. When changes occur, they will be posted on this site.

Registration System

ColoradoNoCall.com's Registration System collects your residential, wireless, or fax telephone number(s), your Zip code, your e-mail address (if you provide it to us) and the date and time you registered.
  • Your residential, wireless or fax telephone numbers and Zip are provided to subscribing telemarketers so they can remove the number(s) from their outbound telemarketing lists.
  • Your Zip code is provided to subscribing telemarketers so that they may remove numbers in more limited (non-statewide) telemarketing campaigns.
  • Your e-mail address (optional) is collected in the event that the Colorado No-Call Program needs to re-verify your residential, wireless, or fax telephone number or notify registrants of a change in the program.
  • The date and time of your registration is tracked in the event you attempt, or someone else attempts, to register an already registered telephone or fax number.
The Registration System does not use "cookies." Cookies are used by many web sites to provide security and sometimes to gather information about users.

Information about registered and removed telephone numbers is retained indefinitely.

Complaint System

ColoradoNoCall.com's Complaint System collects a variety of information related to a potential violation of the No-Call Program. This information is required to be collected under both the law that created the program and the rules that govern it.

Such information includes your name; your address; your daytime phone number; your e-mail address; the date and time of the offending call; the name of the business selling goods/services that the complaint is against; the business phone; the business address; the goods or services offered; and a brief description of the complaint. Other information is collected as well.

The Complaint System electronically collects, sorts and reports this information to the Colorado Attorney General.

Complaint information is retained indefinitely.

The Complaint System does not use "cookies."

Telemarketer Subscription System

ColoradoNoCall.com's Telemarketer Subscription System collects a variety of information about subscribing telemarketers. This information is required to be collected so that the No-Call Program can provide subscribing telemarketers with periodic No-Call List updates. It also is collected so that the subscribing telemarketers can be charged the appropriate fee.

Such information includes the telemarketer's name and address; the primary contact's name; the primary contact's phone number; e-mail address; and number of employees employed by the telemarketer.

Telemarketer subscription information is retained indefinitely.

The Telemarketer Subscription System is password-protected and, as such, uses data files such as "cookies" to ensure that the site remains secure. The System also uses cookies to allow users to store their passwords. Cookies are not used to gather information about users.
