Colorado No-Call Rules

The basis and purpose of the no-call rules is to provide viewers with a better understanding of the Colorado No-Call List program and how it operates within the state.

The statutory authority for the Colorado No Call List Act, is found in ยงยง 6-1-901, et seq., C.R.S. The rules provide further oversight for the Colorado No-Call List program and are for consumers, telemarketers, local exchanged carriers, and the designated agent who administers the program on behalf of the Colorado Public Utilities Commission.

The rules are found in 4 Code of Colorado Regulations (CCR) 723-2.
